Southern States Construction

This was my first experience hiring a contractor and it couldn't have been better. Mike and his crew remodeled my bathroom, and it was like Christmas everyday....coming home from work to see what was new was fun for me and my children. They worked everyday until the job was completed, and he gave me the bathroom of my dreams.

We enclosed our garage to make an additional bedroom. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job. From start to finish, everyone was courteous, professional, easy to communicate with and the project was complete sooner than I expected. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I will definitely call on Southern States Construction for future home improvement or remodeling needs.

Specifications changed--will reconnect with Mr. Hydrick on separate detached garage/shop in rear of back yard.

Communication was great! The team was competent and took care not to damage my home. Everything was cleaned up when the job was done. I didn't feel belittled like other contractors made me feel. I was consulted and educated with every decision. The project was completed in a timely manner. The job was "checked up on" a few days later to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am very happy and will most likely use them again in the spring.

We met with Mike, owner of Southern States Construction. Mike was very professional and informative. He was able to help us think through our project considering all angles. We found his estimate to be very competitive. We have had to postpone our project, but we will hire Mike with Southern States when it's time to do the job.

They were really on top of things and did an excellent job on 2 houses of mine. I'm very pleased with everything and would recommend this company to anyone.
