Unpaid Wages and Unprofessional Conduct Unprofessional practices I regret to share my negative experience with SsHomePros. Despite fulfilling my job responsibilities diligently, I have not received my due wages for November 11-15,2024 along with computer software that I was told to be added to my check once I paid for it and gas for over 157 miles driven from appointment to appointment. Multiple attempts to resolve this issue through direct communication have been ignored or met with unprofessional responses with harassing texts up until 12 am. This situation has caused significant financial stress and disappointment. I am a single mom of two boys and not being paid has caused a tremendous strain, especially with it being Christmas. I worked for him for less than 30 days so he did not know me well enough to say all the things that he was saying. I was called a liar , accused of being high, While his office staff put me in the hospital with an herbal tea and I was not the first to

This company sent me some workers with very little experience and they did not know what they were doing. As a result, they did a terrible job and they were not able to come and correct it and, worst of all, they wanted to get paid without finishing fixing it.

Kyle was VERY thorough in looking for the leak over our master bath. We appreciated all the time they spent.

Dave and his team did a fantastic job during the inspection, giving a detailed quote on the work as well as suggesting the upgrades that were needed for the job. They finished the job on schedule and left the yard clean and without any debris. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends or family.

SSRP came in, tarped my roof immediately, helped me fight the insurance company and replaced me entire roof. They are in constant communication with me letting me know the status of my job and timelines. Everyone I have met and worked with at SSRP have been extremely professional, caring and kind. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone as I know they will extend the same professional courtesy and care to anyone they work with.
