Excellent work, remodeled bathroom, did under estimated the time to do the job.

Hired at first seemed professional. Asked for 5975 down to hold the date. He wanted a second payment of 6862 first day of work. We questioned that without any materials being there but reluctantly gave money. He said he would be here first thing on Nov 8 at 7 in the morning. Well, no one showed up. His phone disconnected. Blocked me on Facebook. I have not heard anything from him. I am out $13,000. Nothing done. He is a professional.

We filed complaints against this contractor and will be filing civil complaints as well. The contractor disappeared with the bulk of the contracted work incomplete. Do not hire.

Scam Artist! He walked away with over $7,000. Let me show you how!!! The initial interaction was really good He came in did a walkthrough of all the work that needed to be done. He said he was in the midst of another job and wouldn?t be able to start mine until November 15 but would need a deposit to hold the spot! Which wasn?t unreasonable to me. It was a big job doing 2 bathrooms and a kitchen as well as some painting and drywall. So I gave him a a check made out to Joseph Ward for $3800.00 and this was in September. Then 2 weeks later he says listen my current job is on hold because product was delivered damaged so I can?t do anything else until her product comes in so I can start yours early! Ok great! So he wrote a second contract. For a start date of Oct 9, 2021 and then wanted more money!!!! I said we already gave you $3800.00 oh that was the deposit he said. This will be to get all the supplies and hire the contractors that are needed to do the work! Joey says, I?ve been taken advantage of in the past so I like to get the majority up front! He walks around with a gun on his side as well! Now I know why?? So I hesitantly give him more money! He comes back the next morning which was Friday bright and early purchased paint for one room and started priming. He said he would let that dry and start painting onMonday. So Monday comes and no one shows up! Called Joey and he says he?s in the hospital. Been there since Saturday evening with an episode of Gout! But was to be released soon. Tuesday nothing Wed no show I called he says Doc he s releasing him today and would call me back by noon! No call no show! It is week 3 I?ve contacted a lawyer and the police and will be prosecuting! Horrible!!!

I try to contact with them multiple time did not answer me and just give me a refund.

Joseph **Joey** Ward is a scam Artist I gave him a deposit up front and then more money to start the job! He worked one day after he had been given $$7,086.00 to do 2 bathrooms and a kitchen remodel I gave him the 2nd payment on the 7th of October he came the next day Friday and painted 1/2 a wall. Did not respond to any texts over the weekend. Then Monday I called and he says he is in the hospital with gout!!! Then nothing. At this point I do not know if he is alive or dead. All I know is that he ran off with my money. That was 3 weeks ago. I called his number and now its not a working number. I havent heard from him since and Iâ m out of thousands! If anyone knows where he is please respond to this post! And do not give him allow to continue on this sight. Im currently speaking with a lawyer.
