Southern Style Builders is a family run business going into our 44th year. We are customer oriented meaning we believe in treating our customers with respect and making sure they are happy. We can provide excellent references upon request. We handle any repairs or remodel projects, including new additions, finish basements, build tiny homes, sheds & garages. We take care of small issues from replacing doors to fixing roof leaks. We can work with your idea's and also share what we think will work. INSURANCE estimates: We charge $600.00 for an insurance estimate. If you choose us to do the work, that is refunded back to you from the final balance. ALL OTHER ESTIMATES are FREE.

just finished project and am very happy with work quality and Southern Style Builders, Dave was so helpful with project as we ran into unexpected problems and he explained and showed photos of previous work done and corrected all of them. He is very down to earth and just felt very comfortable talking and dealing with him and crew. He will be our go to guy for any future projects we do.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Southern Style Builders (SSB). I contacted SSB with a rather quick need for roof inspection/repair. Within hours SSB arrived at my home (they said they would be here at 3 and was right on time, early actually) and greeted with a warm smile and friendly domineer. After a quick explanation of my issue I was then walked through the steps in an easy to understand fashion which put me to ease about my troubles I was facing. SSB gave me an estimate of costs which I found to be more than fair and after agreement began work. SSB quickly climbed the ladder to the roof of my 3 story town house and began inspection of all aspects of my roof and repaired anything that was needed. After the work was complete I was given a quick and clear understanding of what was done and why it was done and that all work came in under the original estimation. So not only was the service friendly, but it was prompt/quick at an extremely fair price. Southern Style Builders is the gold standard on how business should operate and treat their customers. If I have any needs for any other repairs of any kind in the future, they will be the first I call and the first I recommend.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Somewhat more expensive than others but they stated that up front. If the repair had been completed on the first visit, the cost to me would have been excessive. However, because the leak still persists they continue to come back to try something else, they have stated they will do whatever it takes to finish the task at hand. I am confident it will be repaired.

This was an excellent experience. The work was very neat and professional, and I was impressed with the level of service they provided. My solar tubes are perfect, and everyone comments on how they look. David was very down to earth and honest, I felt very comfortable with Southern Style Builders.

i have never had better service, i had alot of work for them , power washing, staining, roof repairs, deck repairs.and lattice work to be done, if i ever need work again i will call them. a little on the high side, but well worth it.
