The owner of the company Carlos l....was very professional and kind. I am an elderly female,, and he and his helper were very nice to me. He also was timely with his appointments both for the bid and for the repair. He cleaned up after he completed the job. I feel comfortable recommending this company without hesitation. I also thought his bid for the job was very reasonable. It is a roof that is 3 stories up on a large home. Because of the location and assessing the afternoon winds, he took an extra step to make sure the roof is secure, which he did not have to do. Very impressed with apparent integrity ...often hard to find in today's world.

Wow! I hired this company to replace an old gravel roof that had a huge leak in the garage area and was damaging the garage. They replaced the entire roof and also covered up a part of the front patio that originally did not have roof over it. I was EXTREMELY impressed with their quality of work. They were very professional, fast, and did a beautiful job. The owner Roberto also went back a few days later and painted a part that comes out of the roof for me that did not match the new roof he installed which was not something he had to do. He did it on his own time just to make sure the roof looked its best. They also made sure to pick up all their materials and left my yard clean with no debris. Roberto truly he takes pride in his work and makes sure to his best. HIGHLY RECCOMEND SOUTHERN TECH ROOFING. THANK YOU ROBERTO!

I paid over $800 total to repair a roof leak. The very next time it rained, it still leaked. He did not back up his work and his work is terrible. I ended up fixing the issue myself. I found dirt blocking the drainage for the skylight, the dirt was granular and did not look like dirt that should be on the roof. I would not do business with their company again, and do not recommend their services to anyone.
