2 men arrived within the time given. They did fix my number one priority which was a leaking toilet. Asked to have new washers put in bathtub faucet. They didn't seem to have common items like washers available and had to leave to buy them. They did not clean up the area. Screws that had been sawed off were left on the floor, tub was left dirty, didn't caulk the faucet handles.

Came in under an hour after I called!!

I will never recommend them to anyone they did a crappy job and spent more time at their vehicles then they did working and extremely over priced my senior citizen parents

I wasn't given a written quote before they started the project like I asked for, so that was my fault. I was lied to on the price by the person that came to see the over all project that needed to be done. I was charged double the amount. The work was sloppy and the worker was not a professional as he never cleaned up any mess he made and then tried to get another fellow worker to lie for him, that person didn't back him up because he knew he was in the wrong. I would tell people not to hire from this company or to make sure you get a written quote before they start the project. The boss was very nice came back and fixed one of his workers mistakes.

They put unnecessary hole in my walls, unprofessional, in a hurry, wouldn't do things because his boss didn't tell him to do it. when i called his boss he changed his mind & ended up doing it. His boss came to fix his mess. Never gave a written quote before they started so they charged me double. because i had no proof i had to pay it. The boss name is John the technician was Andrew or Anthony. The put the pvc pipes in & not the copper piping i originally.

Finished work was very satisfactory. The difficulty was trying to get the work done. There have been constant promises to complete the job but no one shows up. So far this job has taken approximately a month.

First to call and show up. Completed work fast. Unfortunately three weeks later one of the pressure fittings, which wasn't tightened correctly, came apart flooding my basement during the night. I shut it down and re connected the pipe and tightened it myself with no problem since. At the time of service I didn't complain, but worker left pipe pieces laying around.

WOW!!!!!!! I heard about Home Advisor on tv. My brother had a water leak at his house, so I looked up a plumber on Home Advisor for him. Southern Tier Water and Drain came within an hour, had it fixed quickly, and didn’t charge a fortune.....even though it was an “emergency”. I am sooooo impressed!!!!!! I downloaded the app and plan to use it every time my home needs repair. Great Job!!!!!!!!
