They did NOT show up on the morning of appointment, so I called them. David was aware of the appointment and did not indicate why they did not show but said they would be out later. When they came out, they assured us they could get the tree down on that day. (We were leaving town the next morning.) So we hired them and they did NOT get the tree down that day. There were no complications or extenuating circumstances except for the heat. We had to stay in town the next day and it took them until almost 7:00 to finish getting the tree down so we had to postpone our out of town trip. (They took about a 4-5 hour siesta because of the heat and then came back.) They got the tree down but did NOT get the stump ground. We paid them and left with the assurances that the stump would get ground the next day. David said he would send me a picture of the ground stump. Two days later, I still had NO picture and David was not answering my phone calls or texts. Finally he answered and said the stump was ground. When we got back to town, it was ground. I would recommend when dealing with them to keep in mind they might tell you they can do it when that is not true. Also, do not pay them until the job is finished. I will say that they did appear to be very skilled, they worked hard and they were very personable if you can ignore the untruths.

They not only became my permanent tree pros, but also became now friends. I recommend their services HIGHLY. I had some difficult trees to cut. Close to structures. Dropped Huge pines safely.

David and his crew eat pine trees for breakfast....they put mustard on em and eat em. The removed a bunch of pine trees, trimmed an oak, cleared out debris from some land and cleared an area for a home addition. Good guys and good value.

They did do great job cutting limbs, but the clean up was a mess!! The damage to property is going to cost me more money, as they will not fix it. I called about 6 times from 2/24 till3/3. Because I said the word attorney I was told good luck getting it fix now. Holes all over my property, fence damaged, and track marks in yards. I am still cleaning up all the mess they left.

David and his team did an outstanding job in removing the trees, clean up and were very professional. David worked with me on my schedule when my husband had to have test done on the scheduled day for him to remove my trees. I texted him to let him know we had to be at Thomas hospital in Fairhope at 8 in the morning, and he immediately texted me back and said he would come later in the afternoon. I was so thankful he did not reschedule to another day and came late afternoon, on a Friday, and remove my 3 trees. David also keep me posted on the time he would be here, and once here asked about my husband, a true caring individual. I will refer his services to everyone I know.
