"Its very hard to clean a pool with so much debris and lack of water to reach the skimmers in 2 visits. This customer would never put enough water in the pool to be able to vac the pool and wouldn't leave it running or add chlorine tabs as requested. She was not charged for the trips where we were unable to work on the pool due to lack of water. This pool was cleared in less than 3 weeks and we have pictures to prove. This cover had a whole years worth of leaves and debris on it and the water was black. It took forever to get paid for the job that was done."
