(Bill) Gillespie, formed Southern, a company that has always been in the home construction and home improvement business, with energy efficiency at the forefront. a new division of Southern was envisioned. Southern Vinyl Window Manufacturing Inc. was initiated by Maria Gillespie and Francine Gillespie Powers in 1995, to build the highest quality and energy efficient window in the market. Our Plant is 138,000 square feet! Locally family owned and operated, Southern is located in the foothills of northwestern South Carolina and prides itself on building the most energy-efficient windows available in today's market.
