I agree wholeheartedly with Karen F. review of 5/13/22. I am having the same experience from some work done in February. I was never sure if the job was completed because once I had paid the bill, I could never get a response from the company. Calls and texts to the person who did the work (Paul) were ignored and the mailbox is STILL full as I write this so you cannot leave a message. I paid $1077 for this work and to date have continued to have animals under my house. I personally believe that the anti-pheromone treatment included in the quote was never done so the animals will continue to come back. Steer clear of this one. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again.

I hired them and they did a great efficient job with great follow up. The job came with a 1 year warranty and although I have called and the voicemail box is always full and nobody answers the phone and I sent a message through their website nobody has contacted me back. I spent $964 and I was fine with that knowing they would come back out if there was a problem but I have paid for nothing and that is frustrating because I had other options.

They came and checked my attic and roof for racoon damage and to make sure they weren't taking up free rent in my attic.. was given great advice as how to deflect them.. they tore my roof up.

I have to say this company and Trey the person who came out and did the work is awesome. The most important thing was to get the job done. He started working on getting the raccoon out right away the same day. All other places said they could only assess the situation first. Not this company! He went up and found where it was. Placed a pheromone in there and placed a one way door so it could go out and not get back in as well as placed traps outside. Showed me and sealed other areas that animals could get it. The process was a couple of days. We didn’t catch the raccoon that ripped part of the soffit off to get in but did catch an opossum that they humanely removed and relocated. He sealed the area that the raccoon got in and after a week of no other issues he came back and sanitized the attic to get rid of smells and germs. He was very professional and does quality work. Thank you Southern Wildlife for the awesome job!!! Well worth the money and peace of mind

Always inspect your houses surroundings before you buy!

We had signs of a possible mouse or rat in our house. Needed to have a pro check and fix any possible areas of entry into home. A very detailed plan was explained and 5 possible entry areas along roofline were sealed. I would recommend Southern Wildlife.

Souther Wildlife (technician - Eddie) was prompt and efficient in addressing our need to eradicate squirrels that had found their way into our soffit! Eddie communicated very well, explaining clearly how they were going to humanely address the infestation. He always arrived on-time or early for our appointments. We are very pleased with the service !

They came out same day I called. Trey set traps and caught the rat in the first couple days. Came back and checked again. After first rat we had no more scratching. He fixed where it got in around AC unit and he was very pleasant. Came and checked several times. Came back today and did the sterilizing today. Very good job.

Profesional and knowledge

Eddie was very nice and very professional did a very thorough review of our home and found the spot where the ð was coming in he gave a plan to me of what he needed to do to get rid of it the next day he was here in the morning that evening the ð was in the trap dead Eddie has been back several times and will be coming back to make sure we don't have any problems for the next year

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Arrived on time was very professional, took his time examining my home and what needed to be done and provided me with the lowest estimate. On every visit called 30 min prior to arrival and a summary was given of what was done and what needed to be done prior to departure. More than I ever expected. Definitely a great experience.

It is hard to get them on the phone. The voicemail box is always full and I need for the traps to be removed.
