Quality work

We had a tight timeline to rebuild portions of a failing wooden deck. This included replacing two 500 lb beams, replacing all the support posts and some deck boards. Randy was the most responsive and competitively priced contractor we contacted. He was efficient, knows his craft and delivered on what he promised. We had some unexpected additional costs but that was due to skyrocketing costs of cedar decking and Randy did not charge extra for this. Randy is easy going which suits him well for the unexpected discoveries of repair and remodeling vs building new. Without any drama, he made adjustments on the fly and came in a day early on project completion. Niggling point - end of job clean-up gets a 4.5 vs 5. Highly recommend Southern Willamette Construction.

I had a few companies come out and price a cedar fence. Randy was extremely competitive, and after talking with him, it was easy to choose Southern Willamette Construction for the work. His is a very nice, and down to earth guy who showed me examples of his work. He was honest and open throughout the whole project, and was able to finish the work in what seemed like a flash. Several neighbors stopped by and commented on not only how great it looked, but how quickly it was done; and for those that met him, on Randy himself. I've already reached out to Randy for additonal work I'd like to have completed, that alone should let everyone know how well the first project went.
