The owner is very nice and trustworthy. He took the project in his hand and did a amazing job . I live out of town he had great communication skills . Always aim to please. He is a remarkable Gentleman. Please if you need anything done he can and will get the job done .

Please dont use southern rentalvation not professional at all doesnt stand up to his name Nor word. I am requesting my money back no work has been done at all this has been a few days now Ive called him several times no response. I will be pressing charges against the company. Thanks

I was very impressed with the detail that was put into every step of the build. So much so that I have a list wrote down of other jobs Iâ m needing done to my home as well. Communication is a big plus for me as well and it was perfect. Thank you for the hard work and effort.

Called Marcus and he was in the middle of a job he told me he could come by and see me later in the day. He came and identified the item that needed to be replaced went to Lowes at 7pm and bought the part returned and installed. I found Marcus to be very courteous and proficient and planning to use him in the future for other handy man work.

Southern Renovations did an excellent job and explained everything very well. Previously, I had two different electricians to come and they couldnâ t find the problem within the time frame that they gave me. But Marcus, is very dedicated and takes pride in his work because he didnâ t stop until he found the problem and fixed it! I am a very satisfied customer and will use him for upcoming projects, as well as, refer him to family and friends. Thanks again!
