Salesman provided a diagram of what was going where on my roof. (I understand not all of the salesmen do that, so ASK FOR IT! They won't let you have it, but you can consult it.) That diagram translated in great clarity to the proposed contract. The foreman of the install listened and consulted the diagram when we disputed where something was to go and immediately fixed it. The crew was respectful of our property, clean and quick without "messing up." In all, it was 5-star quality all the way from proposal to install. I LOVE MY NEW ROOF AND GUTTER SYSTEM.

Installation Of Gutters On My Duplex - The Representative was very friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects of the job. The crew who came out were friendly and did excellent work within a timely manner. I would definitely use them again for my projects in the future.

The process was easy and efficient. The technician was timely, knowledgeable and thorough.

After doing a lot of research and interviewing approximately 8 different contractors for about 6 months, Southernwood Roofing & Siding, Mike C was the last contractor to interview on my list. He was very detailed and patiently answered all my questions (as I am a first time home buyer finding out I needed new roof within the first year of my purchase was completely unexpected and a huge stress). I had photos to show him of my roof (as the day he came out to check it out, of course it was snowing) but we talked about all the major parts of purchasing a new roof and the whole process of removing the old shingles to all the layers of protection under the GAF architectural shingle with a "Systems Plus Warranty". The warranty is so important and with going with Southernwood Roofing & Siding, I will be able to sell my house and transfer (1x) that warranty to the next home buyers. That was a very important feature for me. After meeting with 7 contractors, half said yes you need a new roof now, the other half said replacement is not critical but within the next year or so. I didn't want to take that change especially after finding out that my house was built with the CertainTeed Horizon Shingles that had a class action lawsuit due to the poor quality of the product. Mike kept in contact with through the Spring and then once I found out that if you purchase a new roof in 2016, you can write it off on your taxes! Sold! Done and Done and now I feel protected and it didn't cost an arm and leg. I was most concerned with the cost of such a huge project but they offer financing and you put a deposit down and pay the balance after completion of the project. Cory B. and his team on site were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with my new roof and have already told my friends that if they need a new roof to call Mike and Southernwood Roofing & Siding.

This was he most professional contractor we have ever dealt with in this area. We had the roof replaced on the house and the garage. The lead contractor, Corey, was knowledgable and professional, and always on time. He even worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure that we were not short changed by the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Prompt, good communication, friendly, proffessional, polite, and cleaned up the mess so well you wouldn't know any major work had been done here. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service. Here's the best part -- I had a leak showing up in a bathroom exhaust fan. Corey came to my house, checked the vent at the roof and found it to be fine. He then went into the attic and looked further to find the problem. He said everything looked fine and recommended we get an electrician to pull the fan and take a look. No charge for his visit.
