Installation went without a hitch and the Burnham boiler works great. Installer could've been a bit more communicative about cutting through our house for a vent, but all in all it was a positive experience.

This was my first service call and I was VERY impressed with Sean's services he provided me. He was on time and very thorough from the beginning till the end of the service call.He evened showed me the parts he replaced while cleaning my oil burner. I must say it looked like my past burner companies I used were not doing what they said they had cleaned. My burner runs very smooth now.No more earth quake sounds when it starts. I had my house for 16 years now. Finally I found an honest respectfull tech to take care of my heating and plumbing needs.Thank you Sean and have a great New Years. Dan Wagner

I was told to pay $1700 for compressor replacement and I agreed. However, after technician exchanged the compressor 1st time it was making severe noise. I found online that it's happened when compressor is near end of service, because the plates get loose. I told technician that expired compressor is too expensive and he was trying to fix it with the HUMMER. Subsequently he brought another one, which seems to be better. But still I'm not sure for how long it will last.

I went with the above Company. Sean came out and was very professional. He explains everything up front and answered all my questions. He completed the job that I had and I am very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I have another job that I need to have done in the spring and I will definitely contact Southington Plumbing & Heating for my upcoming project. The job that I had done on Saturday (October 22, 2011) was a very small job but I would definitely refer Southington Plumbing & Heating to my friends.

joe was awsome i contacted him yesterday evening and he was able to have the job done today...he gave me an appointment and was even early...joe and dave were very proffessional efficient and clean...they were keeping what was best for me in mind the whole time...i would recomend southington plumbing and heating to anyone....thank you so much for everything joe!!!!
