This is the most reliable company I had do deal with. Andrew and his team are professional and they do excellent work. My husband and I are so thrilled with the fence they built. They also have the best price. We will definitely be recommending Andrew and his team to our family and friends.

Originally hired them to install concrete steps for a remodel. They were available right away and very reasonably priced. We then hired them for interior work, including installation of floors, trim, doors, appliances, closet shelves & rods, and finish drywall and painting. They did a great job all around. Gilbert and his crew were fantastic, working into the evenings and weekends to get the job done.

We got 3 other quotes from other companies and Gilbert gave us the best quote and he was able to start the job asap. They were always on time and worked non stop thru out the day. We are so happy with the outcome.

He installed a brick wall in my backyard. Morris, described the how he will execute the work in details and successfully completed the job before the deadline he promised. The material removal from the demolishment and overall cleaning of the backyard were all great. I strongly recommend you hire him in your next project

Amazing to work with! From the beginning Gilbert was extremely responsive and willing to work. He and his team showed up everyday until the job was done. They did excellent work as well. Half way through the job I asked them to do more work then originally agreed because I was so happy with their work. I highly recommend!

They did a horrible job on a project to replace some concrete and drainage. The new concrete was done very sloppily with scratches like they pulled a hose over it while it was wet, edges that were not finished and then they tried to patch afterword when I pointed out the issues with different cement so it doesn't match and has a different pattern. They broke irrigation lines that were under the concrete and didn't repair them. I have water pouring out from under ground now and have had to call them back multiple times to fix the issues. I am still in shock, as did they think I wouldn't notice water coming out of the ground? They didn't reconnect areas of my landscape irrigation lines when they broke them, so now I have areas of my back yard that the sprinklers no longer work. They didn't install the concrete to code, for example didn't put any foam between concrete and my gas lines at the gas meter. I would strongly suggest staying away from this company.

Gilberto from Southland showed up on time every scheduled time. He and his crew were neat, courteous and professional. Their work on the concrete patio and sidewalk looks excellent. Gilberto gave several recommendations that I agreed to, making the installation look even better. I'm now considering their proposal to install sod and remove some tree trunks. I would definitely hire them again based on the quick, high quality concrete and brick work.

Hard working, family run business. These guys did a great job...and are truly nice people! They were on time, kept the work site clean, and finished the job as promised. Everything is exactly the way we wanted it. We will definitely call Gilberto again for future projects!

They had to fill in a 4 ft by 4 ft square hole in my patio and match my existing brick design and they did an excellent job.

Gilberto and his team did an excellent job. They replaced a bad concrete patio from a prior contractor, repaired the drainage system and gave my existing flagstone a facelift. Do to a misunderstanding a pile of dirt was left on my driveway for a week after I called to have it removed.

Gilbert always answered my calls, he and his people showed up every morning and they got the job done in a very short time. They did a wonderful job and I intend to hire them again to do more work that will be coming up.

I was very pleased with Gilberto and his crew. Gilberto was very patient with me as I decided what I wanted. He installed artificial grass and a large checker board using concrete blocks.
