I cannot say enough great things about Southport Home Services! We have been using them for about four years, and every single experience has been outstanding. Their responsiveness and customer service are unlike anything I have experienced with another home service company. Most recently, our hot water heater went out around 9:00 PM. I messaged Southport online that night, and they had someone at our home before 8:00 AM the very next morning. Andrew and Blake were absolutely amazing technicians! They completed our annual heating inspection and installed our new hot water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and made the entire process incredibly easy. This also wasn’t the first time Southport went above and beyond for us. Two Christmases ago, our furnace stopped putting out heat on a Friday evening, just as we were supposed to be heading to Chicago. After 5:00 PM, Jackson personally got back to us and assured us that a technician would be out shortly and that they would take care of the problem. And they did! Southport came out that same night and fixed our furnace, even after another company had told us we would likely be without heat for several days because they would have to wait for a part. Southport found a way to take care of it immediately. Having that kind of service right before Christmas—and knowing we could leave for our trip without worrying about our home—meant more to us than I can say. After four years, I can confidently say Southport is the fastest and most responsive home service company I have ever worked with. When something goes wrong in your home, especially your heat or hot water, you want a company that actually answers, follows through, and makes you feel like your problem matters. Southport does exactly that. Their customer service is truly second to none, and they have earned our trust time and time again. Huge thank you to Andrew, Blake, Jackson, and the entire Southport team for continuing to provide such incredible service. We will absolutely continue using Southport and recommend them without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Justin took care to not over sell me. Only what I needed and understood. The install team were tidy, efficient, and educated me about the safety approaches when changing the humidifier filter. That filter and the furnace filter are the same that was used on my old system. They were professional and personable.
