Jacob from Southport came out for an on-site inspection of my furnace. He inspected the unit and ran a full set of tests for functionality. I received detailed answers to all my questions, and it was overall a great visit.

Justin took care to not over sell me. Only what I needed and understood. The install team were tidy, efficient, and educated me about the safety approaches when changing the humidifier filter. That filter and the furnace filter are the same that was used on my old system. They were professional and personable.

Very courteous and friendly. We were told exactly the condition of our equipment. After explaining what was good, fair or poor we were given options on how to repair. There was no pressure to take the highest bid. We were told why one bid was better than the other. By that time we knew Jacob and Vincent were going to listen to our opinions. Many times we were asked if we had any concerns or questions about the service from your company, Southport Home Services. An excellent experience.
