Unprofessional experience. We are located in Plymouth, MA. Our oven fan stopped working. The technician came for the initial assessment and provided an estimate, however, there was no follow up. We accepted the quote provided via email, left voice mail messages and sent text messages inquiring on next steps and timing. There was never a reply provided. After more than 5 attempts we moved on. Communicating with customers is a basic tenant of providing good service. Very disappointing. Go with a company that will be reliable.

Brian called me the morning after my request went up on Angie's list. He took the time to discuss the issue on the phone and demonstrated good knowledge of my appliance. He arrived the same day to diagnose the problem, gave us a fair estimate of the cost, including a part he had to order. The repair was done the next day as soon as the part arrived. No surprises, no add ons. He was courteous, respectful and even helpful to my husband who was doing a wood stove repair at the same time! We would definitely hire him again.
