The service provider forgot about my Saturday appointment that was arranged on Tuesday. After I called and reminded him that he missed the appointment, he said he knew there was something he was supposed to do today and that he forgot. He then promised that he would be there in the afternoon. I drove in from another town to meet him at the house and he never showed. This was a horrible customer service experience and I would not recommend this provider.

I was visiting from out of town tearing down my Mother's garage while she was in the hospital and needed a quick turn around before she came home from the hospital and before i had to catch a plane. He responded quicky, gave a fair price for removal and worked hard to remove the debris quickly.
