The crew did a great job with my walkway! They were professional, fast and affordable. They were also really great at keeping me informed every step of the way.

George was amazing. He was very polite and helpful. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. He got the job done quick but, did not skimp on quality. He kept me well informed on every step of the project. I intially had a porch that was not big enough for what I wanted to do. When George got finish adding pavers it looked like it was originally designed that way. I would definetly hire him again. Great job George.

The crew that built the walk way and zen garden area were top of the line. If they ran into a problem they thought it through and came up with a solution. Having been in the services industry for over 37 years, this crew I would have loved to had them working for me. Don't let the name fool you in to thinking their are some other type of landscaping business, as they do it all.

Hardscapes contacted me within one hour of my finding them on Home Advisor, The owner came to my home to evaluate the project I wanted to accomplish, and had an estimate with work to be completed and costs within 4 hours of meeting me. George (the owner) was prompt, thorough, and professional, completed all work on time and within budget. I would HIGHLY recommend Hardscapes to anyone looking for first rate quality work. I actually have them returning in the spring to complete another project I want to complete. Thank you for doing it right the FIRST time. !

I had explained (by phone) what I wanted. When I saw the result, it was different. I did read an email correspondence which they sent and they did exactly what they said they would. READ EVERYTHING is my only suggestion before commiting.

They did a great job for us in installing a patio.

I paid to have pavers installed and my yard reseeded. When the pavers were installed they were uneven and pooled water and the yard was supposed to be spiked and heavily reseeded. The pavers had to be fixed and the yard showed no evidence that it was spiked. I think I paid more than what the services were worth.

Everything looks great. The workers were very polite. I had caught them trying to leave the area at only 3 feet This area was previously dug out. They then widened it to 5 feet. I don't believe a 3 foot wide area would cost the $1,600 cost quoted. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work.

Omg! That is the best way to explain the work they did. George is amazing at what he does for sure. I recommend this company over any other. Believe me I looked and had all the other come over for a quote. He was the most professional and the most reliable. I wish I could show a picture of the stone patio because it is beautiful. I think the best part of them working on the backyard was while I was gone for a week he sent me pictures of the progress. Also if I had a question when they were done he would call or stop by. I can't think of any other business that would show the such dedication.

Great company & customer support. George listens closely, has great design ideas &/or improves on your own. George & Tony work one job at a time & they really stay at it! I now have a beautiful arbel stone-looking paver patio with a rough-hewn cedar 14x16 pergola, sitting area and stepping stones to my pool and backyard gate - plus they put in 2 french drains that have solved a years long drainage problem. These fellows clean up every day & leave the work area as clean as possible for the homeowner when they're not there in the evenings or weekends. You can trust these guys to do what they say, when they say! Hire them for your project!

Superb company. George listened to our wants and needs and helped design our new walkway. They showed up on time and did a great job. The job took a few days and every day they cleaned up the yard everyday. The best part is we now have the nicest front walkway in the neighborhood. George and Tony are wonderful people. They laid down bricks for a walk-way on the side of my house and re-laid some of the older bricks so that they were level. Overall, fantastic value for the work done and it looks great. It did take awhile to get the work scheduled, but it was worth the wait.

Absolutely the finest customer service around. The owner, George Ridgewell, really listened to what I said I wanted and spent time mapping out the area and explaining the differences of the outcome of what I thought I wanted and his suggestions which turned out to be what I really wanted. He even had me come look at actual paver work he was currently doing to see what I'd be getting and I was even able to talk to that homeowner about her experience with the company. Better yet, his bid was under what I was expecting and under bids from other companies.

Outstanding company! Southside Hardscape provided a "Best Value" approach to the project. George Ridgewell, owner, was professional, courteous, personable, and really "listened" to me as the customer with respect to my needs for this project. He was very flexible, especially when I decided to make two changes to the project midway...he easily incorporated them, and the cost differential was not pronounced. George is also very passionate and detailed about his work. The project had to be done right, completed to a high standard, or he would not release it to me. I will definitely hire this company again for my next phase!

Their fees are reasonable, however while I was quoted a fee for a bi-weekly cut, they have yet to make it out on a bi-weekly basis. And, I have had to call them each time to remind them to cut my lawn. At this point, it has been over three weeks since they last cut my lawn. The grass is out of control and I have begun looking for other lawn service providers. I will be happy to pay more for reliable service! Communication and follow-through could use improvement.

The project began on a Monday; pavers were not in, and supposedly came in wrong on Thursday;job haulted until Monday; rain caused another two day delay. Rocks, clay, and gravel filled the edges of my entire garden; have spent two weeks digging them out, and replacing with soil. There was suppose to be at least six inches of grass on either side of the walkway, but they neglacted to do that; each time you weed, you now have to clear the pathway they did.The walkway is lovely, but a two day job, took 15 days, and lots of clean-up
