The workers were very customer service friendly. The owner made excuse after excuse for not starting or completing the project. It was 60 days of crazy!

came out to house 5/30/2017 and cut down ash tree.workers cut the tree down and where paid in cash.They came with a pickup truck and did not have the stump grinder.we were told that owner would get a hold of us to let us know when he could do it. Waited a couple months did not want to rush it. We have called a couple of times get answering machine and leave message to call us. It is now almost end of September and he will not return call. Could you please have him call us so we can get rid of stump.

They didn't come out when they said they would Person who quoted the service was different from the person who delivered the service. Expectations were not set correctly. They did not complete the job to our satisfaction. It was very amateur and resulted in us having to do the clean up and make it look like we wanted. Would not recommend this company.

Southtowns trimmed low hanging branches on a 60 yr old maple. The boss gave me a very good quote and I accepted. Excellent job, complete clean-up. The boss even returned to check out the job the next day and ask if I was satisfied.

They forced me to take 2 half days of vacation because they couldn't show up on time and weren't even prepared the first time. Cheapest price around though, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were not only experienced in their line of work, but also the friendliest contractors that I have dealt with. When I need a tree specialist in the future, they will get my call.
