Jerry Horton is the owner and he had a very extensive inspection and bid that I felt was superior to another quote. Installers Noel, Evan, and Darrell worked very hard and finished in two days a complete 5-ton unit replacement, beefed up return air ducts and a new gas furnace. I don't think the original GE air conditioner ever cooled this house ( I owned the house since 2009 and the GE unit was the 1981 original unit. We went from constant 80 degree cooling to Astrodome 71 degrees. Quite an improvement. Jerry came two days later and personally cut out and installed about 25 air vent covers in my overhang soffit. Good job guys!

They did not fix my A/C unit I am going to call them today and see if they will come try to fix it.

"On 4/14/13...Checked unit and found dirty filter. Amp draws were normal w/ the compressor @ 12a, cond fan motor .9a, pressures were normal with 10? super heat. Blower wheel is clean and capacitor is good. Unit is cooling with 23? split temp. Customer is going to change 1" filter. Called back on 4/29/13..Checked unit. Compressor @ 11.9 amps, cond fan motor @ 1.6 amps w/ rating of 1.5 amps. condensing fan motor is over amping and getting hot. 22?Split temp. refrigerant levels are full, capacitor is normal. Found (2) wires burnt. Reconnected wiring. Customer is now wanting pricing on new unit. Will refund diagnostic if unit is purchased."

The owner prepared and submitted their bid himself as opposed to a larger company that sent someone out with a canned presentation. The proposal was very thorough and everything was explained to us in a way we could understand. The warranty is outstanding no other company could come close. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

When I went online to find a good a/c service, I found ServiceMagic with google. They found one in seconds, and before I could log off, the guy called me. He gave me a quote that was honest and reasonable and his crew was at my door the following morning. Nick and Daniel were very professional and friendly and I enjoyed meeting them. Even my Yorkshire Terrier liked them, and she doesn't like anyone. From start to finish, they were here less than 3 hours. I highy recommend this company to anyone needing a/c work.
