Lee and Lloyd were very responsive. Addressed my issue quickly and with great quality.

Mathew and Lee did a good job on the sliding patio door install for the house including the clean-up after the install. Mathew kept me updated on the order status from Plygem so that i was abreast of it and was able to plan the install date accordingly. In addition, he also took care of the foot lock utility for the sliding door. I would not hesitate to hire them again for similar needs.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. They quoted me a price and that was what I paid. They came to install a prehung door that I purchased. It turned out it was the wrong size. They offered me a solution where I could keep the current door and custom it to what I had purchased...and it was cheaper. Great solution, great job, great company

I have dealt with many contractors and subs throughout the valley for many projects. What i am most impressed with is the integrity and mission to do the job correctly. Even after the job was paid for these guys never dodged calls or failed to represent their service. That is a crucial attribute and not one that's easy to find these days. But these guys have it which is why i highly recommend them.

Lloyd came out to perform the estimate and he was on time and thorough with a great attitude. Schedule was timely and everything was ordered and came in on time. Matthew was the installer, he was also on time like a Swiss watch, fast, efficient, and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company. Next time we need work done on our doors, these guys will be our first call.

The team, Matt and Matt were an incredible. Great customer service, friendly, trustworthy, offered advice when asked. Just overall great. They helped us customize a door for my office and totally hit a home run with the end product. Highly recommend this company and team to do any custom work, repairs etc!! A+++

Southwest Door Service saved me thousands of dollars to be able to repair my door which was wood and warped. They readjusted hinges and such, did not need to replace it after all.

He came out quickly, assessed the door and gave us a quote we were happy with. The door looks great and I'm really pleased with the service I received

I would highly recommend this company. It was a great experience from the initial phone call to the completion of service. I was quoted a price to replace patio door tracks and that's what it was. Matt was very pleasant, personable and professional. He did and awesome job and very pleased with his work!!

The work and quality of work is awesome. The only con is to ensure the exact man hours being charged. I was verbally quoted $205 for the first hour and $95 every hour after that. Four hours of work was $585. Since there was 2 people, the price is higher. Total cost should have been $495, according to what was quoted.

Lee was the technician who provided the service for us. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough in pointing out the issues we were facing and provided us with feasible solutions.

They did a great job but were too pricey.

I would love to give this team10+ stars! Lee, Matt & Matthew are awesome. They are professional, know their work well, and care about their customer. I have a 12 year old home with several exterior wood doors. All my doors were in need of repair, most important my great room tri-fold doors! I cannot say enough good things about Southwest Door Service. A pleasure having the guys work in my home. They are on time, and work hard to make everything like new (or better) again! Very knowledgeable and completed work professionally

Matt & his crew were very efficient and quoted the job and had it completed within a week. The Barn Door system they installed exceeded our expectations. Works flawlessly. Very pleased with the job as no door was there previously. They know what they are doing. Have a 2nd job we're working on.

Lee was absolutely professional, accountable, an expert at what he does, and friendly. We had our front door frame replaced on our brick house and it looks and works better than I could have anticipated. Thanks, Lee!
