We had termite damage and had to redo the backside of house. I was very satisfied on the professional staff with their communication with the estimator and the one over seeing the project. They were timely and very professional. Very satisfied. Only reason for a 4 on price is that their estimate was more than a couple of others but I feel we got what we paid for so was happy to pay as they made sure it was done right.

I had all new doors, widows, and siding (front and back) replaced. My house looks brand new. The entire staff has been professional and always up on the status of the project. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. The only issue I had was with the paint company that they work with. I was limited in paint color and we had issues with the paint selection. Everyone involved at Southwest Exteriors was quick to resolve the issue.

Our little, wooden house was built in 1917 and really needed new windows. Jason, the Design Consultant, was very knowledgeable and understood our wants and needs. Michele, the Customer Services Representative, kept us informed and responded to our questions and issues immediately and competently. The new windows were manufactured and installed within a very few short weeks. The installers were amazingly fast. The company even had someone come out the next workday to clean the new windows! The finished project is excellent: excellent windows, excellent work, and excellent company representatives!

they came out showed what windows they had or could get. we choose ones that looked like our present ones. the workers were great explained what that were doing and how it was done. excellent job and cleaned up everything.

From start to finish I could not have any thing negative to say. Every aspect was top notch and perfect professionalism !!! The quality of the Provia windows are superior. We love them and don’t want to cover them with anything. They definitely bring the outside in...The sales team, the installation team to the touch up team were great!!!! If there was a rating higher then 5 I would give it to them..

I highly recommend Southwest Exteriors! They were exceptional in their sales professionalism, project management, the quality of their work, their on-site materials control and their overall customer service. This website does not permit a review title covering multiple types of service. However, my project included: installation of 40 new windows; and replacement of all the siding (large, 3-level home which is ~70% brick) soffits (very deep 36" overhang), fascias, barge boards and trim with James Hardie products; along with all associated painting and finishing work.
