Service was excellent. They were prompt and the service tech was skilled and courteous. The door now works even better than before. Cost seemed fair to me. Have you ever lifted & closed your garage door by hand for a month or two? My only small knock is that they set a two hour window and missed that. Minutes before that passed they called to say there was a delay and that the person was on their way, yada yada. That was their window. If they had proposed a three hour window from the start I would have no gripe.

Installer knew how to in stall but put in wrong springs. He was unable to adjust the opener and ground up the opener gears, I was concerned about the ability of the company to acknowledge or correct the problem. I hired an other company did the same spring replacement for $125.00 less and had to installed a new opener.

"first of all your a very dishonest customer.tell the truth and nothing but the truth. We installed 2 New springs the right size... you called said it was the wrong size I asked you what is the color of our springs you said green 243.. and the one they installed you were also 243.. I told you that they're same size and you agreed.. if you saw a special with another company and asked to have them do the job and expect us after we did the job to reimburse your wrong.. when you called u are recorded u admitted that it was your loss for being stupid exc. u understood that they were the exact same size if in 48 hrs u don't remove this I'll sue you."

The garage door spring broke and my door was too heavy to lift manually. My car was trapped inside. The initial schedule was 4 days away. I called SWF Best Garage Doors and they immediately rerouted a truck to fix my door within hours of my call. Service man was very polite and did a great job. Worth every penny.

For a 24/7 business the tech was tired and did incomplete job..They then sent inexperienced tech to fix remaining problem was at residence for 3 hours and accomplished nothing .After 3 hours the original tech came out wow was my experience and price I paid

"I apologize for your bad experience.. but you will be a great opportunity to teach future customers... when a spring break and the door falls down it can yank break the chain,gear sprocket or loosen components... (OPENERS DON'T PICK UP DOORS) Thats why you can pull the little red cord and move door manually because what picks up the door are your springs. So if we go to your home at 1am of course the tech will be tired and puts you new springs... 2 days later you call door doesn't work,we arrive and door works fine but your opener doesn't.. it's not a incomplete job,it's just your opener. Again sorry for your bad experience."

Two visits on different days and $219.00 to install an outside keypad remote and re-program two auto remotes? Installer was a very nice young man but wasn't familiar with the product he was installing. Probably would have been fine to handle a garage door mechanical issue and they did respond quickly.

"Yes sir.$219.00 is a very reasonable price for going twice to your home. You originally called said you needed remotes program a old keypad and your cars.. he went and did as requested the old keypad you had wouldn't work also one of your cars wasn't there so we came back again and installed your new keypad and programmed the vehicle that wasn't there when the tech came out previously.we honestly should of charged you another service call.. because it's not our fault that the old keypad you had didn't work nor that the other vehicle wasn't there.. people don't work for free.nor vehicles run on air.. not yet..sorry to hear your disatisfaction"
