On time ans fast

Warning these guys are committing elder abuse. Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning swindled my elderly relatives off charging them much more than was needed for a part that did not even fix their air conditioner when they rushed to their next appointment and we had to hire another company to fix it. No wonder. This company is trash and their ethics are down the toilet.

UPDATE: As it turns out there was nothing wrong with my AC unit, it was the control panel at the central cooling towers however I paid $2600 for repairs that did not need to be done. My air conditioning was not working as it would turn on for a while then turn off. I spent $2600.00 and it was not fixed. I have spoken a couple of times with them so they are very aware that it is not fixed. They sent a person over again and could not find the issue. I paid $2600.00 and still have the same issue. There has been no follow up from them in 2 weeks.

Repair person who was sent out attitude was bad and did more damage than repair. His attitude towards me was negative. Owner did attempt to make the attempt to help.

They came out the next day and re-charged the air conditioner at half the price of the other bids! Everything is working perfectly so far.

Dont know what is current market value for the work I had done. There was a miscommunication at firs with Southwest but then a nice young man Travis Stickles showed up and assessed the situation. Fixed thermostat and no issues ever since. Company needs to keep hm around. He was honest, forthright, helpful and friendly. Very happy with service. Hopefully wont need it but if I do Would hire again.
