Antenna - Install or Replace
Brought only a little portfolio full of little computer tools to mount an antenna. Promised all local stations. Did not get them. The antenna installed was an indoor/outdoor that cost maybe $45.00. Installer had no cable, connectors, etc and only had a 6 foot ladder. Should stick to computer systems. During the interview, he said 'that's what I do for a living. I'm sure this was his first antenna project. I wasted $300.00

TV Wall Mounting
I was given a quote of 85.00 per hour and a quote of 39.34 for the TV mount. I specifically asked WHEN the hourly rate started and was told when the tech arrives at our home. We were billed 3.75 hours which included travel. The tech was at our house from 9:15 to 11A. They also charged 49.99 for the mount, again a charge not quoted. Lastly, the TV is NOT centered with the fireplace and we were billed a HOME ADVISOR fee of $ 28.62. I have not received a response from Southwest regarding the charges. I would not recommend using them. Go elsewhere.

"This customer was quoted a rate of $85/hour for labor and travel. The customer's premise is located 3 hours roundtrip from our office. Our rate is standard locally for this type of work, and we believe that it is quite reasonable. We also quoted $49.99 for the TV mount for the size TV that the customer stated that she wanted mounted. The customer never made the technician, or our office aware of her dissatisfaction with the work performed until well after the job was done. We maintain that the customer was billed exactly as quoted, and not a penny more. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered the customer a credit towards future service."

Home Theater System or Media Center - Install
I hired them based on an 85.00 an hour rate. The tech was suppose to be here at 3 and didn't show up til 4. Then I get a bill for 297.00. I was charged a trip charge of 85.00 an hour at 2 hours. It does not take 2 hrs to get from my house to Mobile unless there is heavy traffic which I do not think was the cause. I did not get all I requested completed.

"Customer had high-end Bose system that someone else had tried to install before we arrived. System was incompatible with TV but we were able to make it work using alternate TV input. We arrived at the scheduled time, which was 4PM. Customer was a 3 hour roundtrip drive from Mobile. We bill a small fee for excessive travel which was quoted initially."
