Kitchen Remodel
$32,000
On September 25, 2025, Southwest Home Repair received $32,570.00 through an insurance claim to repair my kitchen, including replacement of the sink, dishwasher, and related work. To date, the only work completed has been the installation of cabinets. No sink, dishwasher, or functional kitchen has been provided. As of January 25, 2026, my home still does not have a usable kitchen. This has created serious hardship for my household. My mother lives with me and is a disabled senior citizen who uses a walker. The unfinished kitchen leaves her with limited and unsafe space to move around, and we have been unable to properly prepare meals for months. This situation has caused ongoing stress, inconvenience, and financial harm. I have contacted Southwest Home Repair numerous times. When they respond, they repeatedly state they will return

The secondary bathroom had measurements taken of the marble a few days later with a promise that the work would be started and completed with in two to three weeks. As of 09/08/03, nothing has been done. No calls from Southwest (SW), nothing. We were recontacted by SW and advised that yet again it was the
