I was disappointed that when I called to check pricing the person on the phone misquoted the prices. She could not know what the job would consist of but did say the price could start at 125.00. This price does not exist though I came to find out after the job was finished. The job starts at 165.00 which is $40.00 difference. The plumber was there maybe 30 minutes and although I chose them instead of paying per hour, which I had to do to get a plumber there quicker for my tenant I feel the time spent and job needing to be done was rather high. They adjusted it 10%. I think they should have given me the price I was told was for that job.
