Southwest Poolscapes, LLC

Friendly folks ........... easy to communicate with. They used quality, top rated products.

When a pool company is recommended by people who do not have pools, you know they have got a reputation. Erik came highly recommend by both friends and family, and he did NOT disappoint. From quote to completion Erik and his team were kind, informative, diligent, and expedient. I shopped around for quotes and the quote from SW poolscapes was right in line with the average quote. I had one guy tell me I should never use the cheapest quote cause they are doing something wrong (spoiler alert, that guy was the cheapest!). Erik discussed my options, suggested a gorgeous toe tile (I am absolutely obsessed with it!), and ensured I was happy with my selections before the work began. The crew was quick, they did a great job and did not leave a huge mess in my yard (thanks for that yall!) Once the plaster was set and the pool was filled Erik made his visits to help with the pool chemistry. Boy does he know his stuff! Erik ensured I understood what my new plaster needed, how to test the water, and how to treat the water based in the results. He was very thorough and very informative. If you want someone who knows their stuff, is not going to rip you off, and will leave you with an amazing pool - give these guys a call!

good experience

Good service and cleaning of my pool was done nicely.

My filter was old and borked. They came out and offered to repair it for an equitable price. I asked about a replacement, they gave me a number of options and installed the one I chose within days of the quote. I researched the price online in the interim and including instillation, they were very competitive with their pricing. I will be using them for future pool maintenance and repairs.

Not only did he do a great job but he educated me on how to circulate my water more efficiently.

They are more expensive than other pool services but you can't argue with the level of service and quality of their work. My pool has never looked this good!

Excellent!! Totally from the first moment we contacted them, excellent service

Project: Install a replacement in-ground pool pump I purchased a replacement for my leaking pump on the Web and Richard arrived a day earlier than expected to install it. Richard was very professional, explained all he was doing, especially modifying my 1.5 in plumbing to fit the 2 in fixtures on the new pump, and answered all my questions. Cleaned up the work area very well and even took away the old pump. New pump is working well with no leaks. Overall an excellent experience and would not hesitate to contact again for other pool-related work.

I have just contracted with them; so I'll have to update on the level of service as time progresses

they were first class

Correspondence was excellent

So far, looks very good!

Very pleased with their service

These guys are so on the ball with customer service! Also, since we are renting our home we didn't know much about how to get started with maintaining the pool, Brian arrived the next day to inspect the pool then provided an easy to understand explanation of what needed to be done for a reasonable price. Now the pool is sparkling and ready for use this weekend, thank you Southwest Poolscapes!!

Service just can't get any better than SW Outdoor Solutions provides.

Travis has done a great job! Our pool looks better than it has in years and is working great!

My client's tenant was not very satisfy with the service. Thanks!

We called them on a Saturday to clean green stains on our pool. He showed up about 2 hours later. Told my husband what needed to be done and cleaned our pool that Tuesday. Our pool looks beautiful. Definitely recommend Southwest Outdoor Solution.
