Lack of communication before the gutters was installed should have been my first clue. Said he would show up on a day and then never see or hear from him. When he finally DID show up, a few days after the gutters were installed they no longer were attached to the house. I tried to put it back and the gutter completely fell off. I tried reaching out to Mike at least 5 times and every single time he ghosted me. DO NOT give this man your money. He will take it and run.

He came out quickly for the estimate and provided the service BUT I hired him to clean the gutters and the gutters were not at all opened and cleaned. The water still flows outside of the gutters and directly at the doors or windows and goes to the foundation. I called him so many times and he said he will come and look at it but he did not show up and has now stopped taking my calls.

Mike and his team are great! Did an excellent job in a timely and efficient manner. He provided me with honest opinion and also gave me advice on the cheaper options other than going thru him. That is some who really cares and looks out for their customers instead of just ripping off their wallets. Only issue was that I had to keep following up with them to set the date and time for the job to be done.
