Very hands on through installation and how to use the system. Frequent follow up to insure our satisfaction. Prompt attention to our questions. System works extremely well and easily once we had a chance to become familiar. We hadnâ t had a security before so we needed familiarity. Now we love it and feel confidently secure..

I needed a camera installation done quickly. Brandon met with me and gave me a quote and had his technician, Lyndon, do the install. It all went as promised and now I have a working camera. I am pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Southwest Security.

Very good customer service from the owner as well as the technician that came to my home for the install. The technician even changed out the door handle on my outside security door because my old one was loose.

Brandon, the owner came to give estimate and assess what repairs may need done so he could send his tech with the proper supplies and equipment. Tech arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem.

I have a traditional adobe home in the historic district of Santa Fe. The home is furnished with valuable art. I utilized this company to provide security for my art collection. The owner, Brandon, and his colleague Ray were very friendly and professional with me. They made more than one trip to my home to ensure the technology was working optimally. I can now monitor my home when away on business or personal trips and have a profound sense of satisfaction in knowing that my art collection is safe.
