Gary was very friendly and helpful, and thorough on his inspection. With his friendly and personable attitude it made it easy to ask questions, his report was straight and to the point with no fluff. His price was very reasonable. Out of all the calls and emails I had out there he was the first and actually the only one to call me back. To me my time is valuable and he made me feel he understood that.

I wish he would have checked for mold or lead base paint. It was partly my fault because I didn't ask and I didn't think about it until later.

He produced a nice report (could have used a little more detail, but still very usable) and had it emailed to me the same day. I am a very handy homeowner, but roofing is well outside of my experience & comfort area, and Gary gave me enough knowledge to talk comfortably with contractors.
