Multiple visits required to correct installation errors or oversights for several windows and doors. Neither of the doors had sealant around the frames. Wood floor cut away unnecessarily to make room for door threshold and then a big gap was just left. I'm still finding problems weeks later such as cracks in the wood of the door frame that go the whole width of the piece adjacent to the weather stripping. Several inches of wood was chipped away on the door frame near the keeper for the handle. Almost every windows sill has a cut from where the existing window frame was cut through. It seems like the installers were poorly trained, or didn't care to do a good job, or both. The manager William is quick to respond and correct the errors. And he was easy to work with and helpful. But the installers are out of his control as to what they do and how they do it and he can't really be expected to be there the whole time watching them, although if he came after the work was finished he may have been able to see how unprofessional and unacceptable it was. I'm so disgusted at how many times I had to keep emailing to get someone to come back. And then one has to wonder about what cannot be seen regarding the installations and if that was done to a reasonable standard. Since much of what can be seen was not. Everyone wants to pay and get a professional job. And expects that if something is screwed up that it's not left that way but rather corrected. It shouldn't be up to the customer to find the errors and then call it in after the job is supposedly finished. There were so many errors that were knowingly left.
