Southwestern Comfort Air & Heat, LLC

Hired them in June 2016 and have had issues since the job was done. Got tired of calling them out to fix their mistakes and went with another company. That company showed me where Southwestern reused the 20-year boxes from the old unit instead of new ones that I paid for and they were collapsing in on themselves. Ductwork kept coming undone in the attic and caused condensation/mildew problems. They also told me that my house would not accept a dual system and we lived for four years with the upstairs hotter than hell. The new company installed the dual system and it has been working great! Unfortunately for that company they re having to come back and correct problems from Southwest s install like not supporting the new system correctly so it is bending in the middle under its own wait and they have it facing the wrong direction for energy efficiency. Unfortunately, I m not going to pay the new company to fix Southwest s screw-ups as I have already paid too much for their work. Avoid Southwest at all costs as they will cut corners and you will need someone else to come in to fix their work.

great value' great service 'I had a total change out in June, right before the big summer heat this unit hit the ground running and hasn't missed a beat. yes I would highly recommend them.

It was unfortunate that they could not do this on the holiday weekend but overall I was pleased that they did get it fixed.

Kenny called within minutes of me requesting service at about 8:30pm. They were out the next morning and replaced a defective warranty part that was struck by lightning. Later the unit was making that awful sound again. I called Kenny and he himself was out early the next morning. The part they replaced was bad, he replaced it again and did not charge me another service call. I was extremely impressed with all of them and the customer service was exceptional!! I will definitely call him if I need service again! Thanks guys!
