Southwood Builders, LLC

I was working with Clint and the only issue was price. I had another bid which came in approximately $1,400 lower than Southwood Builders. Clint had told me he was going through another supplier and he thought he could beat the price I had been quoted. I really liked Clint and what he had to say of how they would construct the fence. He had asked me to give him the final chance after I received the bid from another fence compoany. I did and after he told me he had re worked the bid using another supplier and he could beat the price I had been given. Then, several days passed and no communication from Clint. He had been fired. No call t

this was a project was at my lake house that I only visit on weekends, it was awful, neighbors were calling stating men were sleeping under trees, had to get on them to get project finished, was not completed in time frame stated, they tried to blame it on the rain that never happened cause I was there the evening before and day it was suppose to be finished, gates do not stay closed I have to tie them with a rope, then demanded payment without me even doing a final inspection, had to drive all the way up there just so they could get there money, would I use them again.....NO!!! Would I recommend them to neighbors/friends...NO!!
