Very unhappy, never came in when he said he would. After 6 weeks on job 12 days were no show, still not done. Lied constantly about when he would be here. Never cleaned up after himself, I had to do it, debris was left from bathroom hallway down stairs every time he left. He would get on the defensive side every time I brought up about showing up on job. Could not justify driving 45 min to my home if he had only a couple of hours work to do. He does not communicate with you. If he says he will be in the morning, does not come, does not show, does not call or text. Tuesday I told him I wanted this job completed this week. He showed up Wednesday only day this week. When I asked if he was coming on Thursday he said yes, now 4:30 still not here. I texted him, called his business phone and his cell phone and told him I want this done this week and out of here. He texted me back and I will be there today (3/5) after today. I am done. No mater what. I am not returning Friday or ever again. He thanked me for having so much patience and called me a saint, but he took advantage of a senior citizen. Bet he would not allow this to happen to his mother or girlfriend.

Pay him $3050 for a two week project. Its now been five weeks and the job is 25% done and he will not return my text and calls. Do not pay this man up front.

Mike did a fine job replacing deck stairs, resetting protruding nails, sanding and painting all deck surfaces.

I hired Mike to repair my deck and repaint it.. Mike and his co-worker took extra time to sand down the beaten down wooden deck so the surface was made even and the paint could be absorbed well. Mike is very meticulous with the details and is very energetic in his approach. Frankly, I did not expect that my deck would get such a new look , but I was proved wrong. In the end I was really impressed by the outcome. I got so impressed with his work that I rehired him to carry out some other tasks, which he once again did a great job with. I strongly recommend him for your carpentry/paint needs!
