As an engineer and mortgage loan originator, I was most impressed with the complete analysis with every detail provided by PE Ben Souza, principal at Souza Structural Engineering. He committed to perform the inspection as arranged, sent in the preliminary documentation once inspection completed and followed up with his report a day before I expected it (Sunday April 10th). The report was meticulous and will enable the borrower to benefit from his efforts by closing the loan in an most expeditious manner.

Ben was great. Gave us an honest review and let us know if structural fixes we could do without hiring a contractor. Very thorough and detailed with his analysis. I would recommend him for anyone who needs a structural analysis done for a residential property.

Ben is very knowledgeable in the area I needed. Old House-out of code-Safety. He informed me clearly what needed to be done. At this time I've decided to delay one year; I appreciate the speed in which he did the initial appt; and the follow up with facts on paper. Amazingly Professional Man. He was very personal, professional, educated, knowledgeable and prompt. The report was done in a timely manner and he sent us the 5 page report over the computer as well as mailed a hard copy. He took pictures and included them in the report. I would recommend him but be prepared to pay at least $550.00 for a similar report.
