Still waaiting for him to get the parts to fix the 2 issues. Paid him $80 to go order thr parts.

He arrived to fix my Bosch dishwasher. He was unable as he had to order a part and informed me it was not sold without buying the whole unit. This was Bosch 11028084 Dishwasher Zeolite Container with Heater. I purchased the complete part for $261.16 He arrived and picked a small part from the unit and fixed the washer. But did not instal the washer door properly as it does not open fully. He was to come back and fix the door as he was fixing my trash compactor s pedal which came loose. Repaired it and left. That evening the pedal fell off again. I tried calling, leaving text messages, emails numerous times but there was never a response. I paid him $505.19 on Nov.29 for work that was defective. Had I known about these 2 O/S issues before I paid him I would not have paid.

He was a pleasure to work with and did an exceptional job. I would definitely call Sozo appliance again!

Noah definitely knows his stuff with over the range microwaves. Handled it solo with no issues. May want to have some large washers handy depending on your prior setup.

Mr. Noah Suratt was a professional throughout the entire process. My 10+ year old Maytag Bravos X washer wasn't spinning and was very noisy. He pinpointed the issue to a faulty motor and got it up and running in under an hour. I would highly recommend Mr. Suratt for your appliance repair needs.
