Sozo Appliance Repair

Excellent. Honest. Great job .

My wife and I are out of state vacationing. Our granddaughter is house sitting and informed me that the freezer stopped freezing. The appliance guy I've been using for the last 10 years and trusted has retired. Noah from Sozo Appliance repair, a tech I selected from Angi's list came out and troubleshoot my 13-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator. He said it was a sealed system issue and a bad evaporator. This is the second sealed system issue we've had with it. The first was about 1 year old and under factory warranty and was fixed for free. We didn't have any other issues until now. I think the cost of the repair would around $800. I believe it would be wiser to get a new refrigerator. I only spoke with Noah by phone, so I have to assume he did a proper job of troubleshooting the issue. I am still waiting for the detailed report he promised which still hasn't arrived after 2 requests. I had thought about getting a second opinion.

I ordered the wrong parts and the wrong parts would’ve still worked, but I would have needed to call service repair probably within another six months and Noah was honest about it and allowed me to order the right part, came back out, and did the repair for a very affordable price, reasonable rate, and now I am washing my comforters and all the things that I was having to go to the wash laundromat to do. I’m so glad to have my washing machine back

Noah and crew were friendly and knowledgeable, excellent service, will hire again, and will recommend to friends and family.

Noah was knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Also, he was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very happy with his installation of our new microwave. It works great and looks good. Thank you.

Still waaiting for him to get the parts to fix the 2 issues. Paid him $80 to go order thr parts.

He arrived to fix my Bosch dishwasher. He was unable as he had to order a part and informed me it was not sold without buying the whole unit. This was Bosch 11028084 Dishwasher Zeolite Container with Heater. I purchased the complete part for $261.16 He arrived and picked a small part from the unit and fixed the washer. But did not instal the washer door properly as it does not open fully. He was to come back and fix the door as he was fixing my trash compactor s pedal which came loose. Repaired it and left. That evening the pedal fell off again. I tried calling, leaving text messages, emails numerous times but there was never a response. I paid him $505.19 on Nov.29 for work that was defective. Had I known about these 2 O/S issues before I paid him I would not have paid.

He was a pleasure to work with and did an exceptional job. I would definitely call Sozo appliance again!

Noah definitely knows his stuff with over the range microwaves. Handled it solo with no issues. May want to have some large washers handy depending on your prior setup.

The pro was very pleasant and got everything done efficiently.

Mr. Noah Suratt was a professional throughout the entire process. My 10+ year old Maytag Bravos X washer wasn't spinning and was very noisy. He pinpointed the issue to a faulty motor and got it up and running in under an hour. I would highly recommend Mr. Suratt for your appliance repair needs.

Noah was absolutely fabulous. He responded quickly to my questions and told me the cost upfront. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be sharing his info with friends and family. Highly recommend.
