There are no words that adequately describe their knowledge, technical ability to manage amazing equipment, ability to explain the cause of decay, friendly personal skillsâ ¦.I could go on and on. Five stars simply do not accurately rate their work, professional approach, and overall serviceâ how about 10 stars!

I highly recommend Urban Jacks Tree Service, it far exceeded my expectations! His work was A +++++ quality! Patrick called me back within minutes and gave me a quote within hours. Urban Jacks was priced lower than all other offerings from companies that provided workers and compensation to your employees (so important !!) and complete insurance coverage with documentation provided. Urban Jacks provided me with a very professional full service tree removal, stump grinding and ALL debris removal. I did not expect the ground to be completely level after they finished (in fact, I could not even find the stump, the old stump location could be driven if necessary!). not a single branch or leaf was left; the garden was IMMACULATE after they finished. Both arrival and completion were exactly on time. Urban Jacks was amazing, and I am sure I could not have found a better company for the job.

Pat was very thoughtful, courteous, and kept me informed when he couldn't keep the original appointment time. Hire him, be patient because he is very busy and you will not be disappointed when the job is completed. His fee is reasonable.

Patrick did an excellent job in removing a huge dead pine tree and two other trees. He charged a fair price and did the work on the scheduled day until finished. I highly recommend Urban Jacks.

They're reliable- they go straight to work and work quickly. They do great work, and they really try to work within your budget. I was warned that my yard would be somewhat destroyed from the machine they used but not for the holes the falling trees would leave. I was told the city would take the smaller limbs, but they left some big pieces that the city wouldn't take; and they left some in the yard, which the city won't take. Overall, I would recommend this company. This is a professional, personable, and reliable group of men, and I would definitely use their services again.

Patrick and his crew took down two small trees along my fence which were tangled in the electric service lines and on the house. No damage to the house or power. Prompt and reasonably priced service.

Came and gave me cost of job of job and stuck by that price even though probably did a little more, did a great job of removal of tree and cleaned up during and after removal. 1st of all Patrick was very prompt at meeting with us the time agreed upon. He was very professional and if any changes he did contact us within a reasonable time frame. They did clean up after the job was done We were very pleased and would indeed rehire or refer them to others.

Patrick and the Urban Jacks Tree Service team, including the stump grinder subcontractor, did an excellent job safely cutting down, grinding, & removing a very large red oak tree, stump, & the wood chips. Patrick secured Golf Course Maintenance Manager’s approval for the stump grinder machine to access, via the golf cart path, my back yard, preventing damage to the front & side yard, and “pickaxed” several large roots to level out my yard!!
