Reviews
Write a ReviewMike was knowledgeable, identified, and repaired the problem within a half an hour. Great job, easy going.
Mike was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with
Mike Merrill charges $85 - $95 an hour and does not know how to fix a simple GFI switch. He still charged $85 just to come out and tell me he could not fix it. I had to hire another man to do the job, THAT TOOK 15 MINUTES, and he still has not refunded me the money. DO NOT USE HIM!
Easy to work with and diagnosed the problem quickly
showed up on time and did the job
slow in returning but got the job finished after 2 weeks and a phone call
Mike was personable but slow. Said he would be back in a week and had to call after a week and it was another week before he came, but he got the job finished. Just took longer and cost more than expected.
The guy was great, and did a good job, gave three stars because he was supposed to arrive between 11 and 1pm so I arranged my schedule for that. I had things I needed to do, but waited for him. He didn't arrive until around 4pm and didn't call to tell me he'd be arriving late. I didn't know if if he would be coming at all.
