The Spa Doctor worked wonderfully and I highly recommend him. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, and gave me written explanations of the 5 causes for error lights on my control panel and what to do for each of them. And he said that the $99 service fee that I paid him would already cover him for a month should he need to come out to look at my tub again and fix a problem within the next month following his visit.

Spa Doctors were excellent. Very punctual and gave me great advice as a first time spa owner. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of spa repair or service.

This project took awhile to complete. From the original visit to the motor/pump running correctly it took three return trips to get things right. The weather didn't cooperate however he came and worked in the rain/sleet and cold underneath our deck.. I would recommend him as he continued to show up until things were 100% however we both reached a level of frustration. Mine for the amount of time it took to get it right and I have to believe for him for misquoting on the original telephone call however he stood by the price. Mike is very personable and seems to be totally conscientious of doing the right thing.

Responded quickly to our request, was here same day. He checked the entire system not just the obvious problem.

Mike got us out of a jam - we needed an emergency repair just before a holiday and the spa dealer had a two week lead time. He called me back promptly, showed up on time, completed the repair, gave me an explanation and recommended a maintenance plan to prevent another failure. Well done.

Did a good job, but rated a 3 because they did not install the new part on today they stated. Told tuesday and it was not completed until monday of the next week.

It was fine, he did not need to do much, just told me that the hot tub was broken so it was a somewhat bad experience but that was not his fault

They did not come to the house but gave me advice on how to fix the hottub. Their suggestions worked .

Fabulous. Came right away and found that I just needed to clean as opposed to new pump, etc!!!

Michael was quick to come out to the house and access the problem. He was very polite during the entire process.

The tech that came out was awesome. He explained the how/why what was happening and helped us understand the solution.

The person I spoke to on the phone described a variety of services, such as checking out the tub overall, that would be performed during the service call. In fact, the minimum was done and that was interupted on at least three occasions by the man's wife calling about the home compuiter. Total lack of professionalism.

He was here quickly and finished under an hour which was good. He said he would order a filter for the spa but I have never heard back from him. I tried to call once only to receive the voicemail. I would not recommend him due to the lack of communication on his part.
