I felt the price was a little high considering the part involved in the repair probably cost about 2 dollars. However, Mike was very thorough in his work, was on time, worked quickly, and made suggestions for future service. No doubt I would call again.

Although the originally scheduled appointment was rescheduled without checking, Mike reviewed the situation and recommended a replacement heater that fit the footprint available, The installation went well and the new heater was up and running without interrupting operations.
