Kevin repaired the leak the next day after I requested service via Angi. He is very knowledgeable and found the leak right away. He fixed it and checked other hot tub operations to ensure it was all working well. He even got the hose and added needed water. He gave me future recommendations for care. I will recommend him for all hot tub service!!

He came and replaced the part and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call him again.

Standard $175 service plus parts is a little high but he fixed the problems with my spa for now.

I was very pleased. My spa was leaking and was previously told there wasn't any way to fix it. However when I pushed forward and went with this company this man came out found the leaks and fixed them. I am so pleased.

Kevin responded quickly and adjusted his schedule to fit us in and completed replacement of pump and motor.

Our spa wasn’t heating & a jet wasn’t working. Kevin arrived & found air pockets in the line which prevented the water to heat & the jet to work. He checked his work to make sure everything was okay. He gave us a few tips on maintenance. He was on time, very professional & knew his business. His rate was reasonable & we’re going to be able to soak again. THANK YOU KEVIN, you rock Dude. I recommend this man for your spa needs.

Kevin is very professional, showed up quickly and on time. He is very efficient; installed new pump, put a light in for me, and gave me advise about a new filter and size so I could purchase one, I liked him very much and would use him again. Very professional and good at what they do.

Being older, we need contractors to do what most younger people would consider a simple task. Moving you spa is such a task. SIM came in with the proper equipment, the right people and accomplished the mission in a quick manner. Thanks!

Had some scheduling issues but when he came out to do the job. He fix the problem fast.

Very high priced for what was done.

Kevin was prompt and courteous. Explained the problem, what to look for in the future if pump not working. Gave me options regarding replacing jets to save money.

Kevin arrived between the hours he was scheduled. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem - a bearing in the motor was going out. He replaced the motor in about 30 minutes and was on his way. We would use Spa Industry Management again. We gave the value for the money 4 stars but didn't shop around so can't confirm if we got a good deal or not. The total price for parts and labor was $611 - beats replacing the spa!!
