Spa Specialist

This contractor was slow to install the equipment, left a huge mess, and didn't come back to clean up the mess. Now, a year later the equipment does not work properly!! Do not use!!!

Frank was wonderful, did a great job repairing an old system. Cleaned and replaced tiles, put in a new heating system and was most personable.

Very conscientious and knowledgeable. My spa was older and needed experienced repair person, he fit the bill perfectly.

I am deeply disappointed with this company. The spa was evaluated and repaired by the spa specialist right after our deck that was surrounding the spa,had been taken up. We asked the spa specialist if any type of access panel would be needed when we replaced the deck. He said that was unnecessary. The deck was then replaced. He failed to notice a leak within the spa during his initial evaluation. When we noticed the leak, he looked at the spa and removed boards up from our deck and failed to replace them. After that visit (1 month ago)he would not return any phone calls or texts. We not only have to pay for another company to find and fix the leak, but our new deck will need to be completely removed to fully evaluate it again.

He was great! He responded very quickly and took care with no problems. I'm a realtor and will recommend him to home owners

I’ve been waiting over 4 months with no reply from this business. The work done was excellent, BUT we pre-paid for a new spa cover ($375) and have yet to receive it. Multiple calls to him for months with no return calls or resolution.

Did not return calls/emails. Did not bring parts when asked previously to do so and never returned to complete the repairs. Had to hire another company to complete project. I do not recommend this company.

So, after some difficulty getting them out to look at my spa, and then some more delays in getting them out to fix the problem, along with some surprises they didnt expect, they replaced my pump for a reasonable price. I think business must be good, making it hard for them to meet the demand.

I called Frank Koch, Spa Specialist and he came out the next day and got our spa going. We were very impressed with his work! He had the parts for our 2007 Life Springs spa- no wait. Its nice to hire a professional that has experience, tools and parts ready to do the job. Thanks Frank!

He never solved our problem . There is a leak in the hot tub that he said could be solved with a liquid that you put into the water and it would seal the leak. Never happened!!!

Steven was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He believes that being early is being on time, which is a great help when planning your day. He kept me informed and educated during the whole process. I will definitely hire Steven again.
