He promised my furniture fixed in about a week. I sent detailed pics of broken piece. I did not hear anything, so I called on that Friday. Nothing had even been ordered yet. I received a promise that the parts would be expedited. It has been another week and now my calls and text messages are being ignored. Very unprofessional.
