The owner was very helpful as well as professional, knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to assist us with our predicament and gave some additional information that was extremely helpful. Even tho I had hired a different company to begin with, she followed up with me to make sure that the problem was resolved. When it wasn t resolved with the other company, I did hire her to come and assist us. Her technician was fast, efficient and communicated with us in a manner so I could understand. I will continue to work with this company.

I lost my old security system to a lighting strike. I looked all around for someone that would just repair my system without a lot of sales gimmicks like some other companies. I was instantly impressed when talking to Mary the first time. She was very informed and very helpful. they got me an immediate appointment in days. the tech brought out all new equipment and had me back up and going within a couple hours. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. So much so that I decided to activate my system with them and the price was great. Excellent service. I strongly recommend

This is the second time I hired this company. They were different issues Both times Joe was the repair man. He knows how to work on older systems and is on time, and very nice man. I would make sure he is the one to request with this company again if we need anything done.

Joe was the repair man who came to my house to repair a sensor. He knows alarm systems very well. This company is very reasonable and the owner very friendly. If I ever decide to change systems this is the company I would hire. Ask for Joe!
