Take your money elsewhere . Very unprofessional company in so many ways. I should've gone with my gut from the initial meeting . From the get go communication was sub par. We put down a deposit anyway, and was given an install date about 2.5 months out . The date changed a couple times (I had to follow up and check every single time myself , no one ever reached out to me about anything ). When the day comes that I had last heard would be our install, no one showed. I called, emailed and called a second time throughout the day before I got an answer from anyone. I said someone was suppose to be at my house for install , but no one ever came and I had not been contacted . The owner of the business proceeds to tell me they are running behind on jobs (which I get ), but I say it's really unprofessional to not inform your client (who is about to drop 10k on closets ) to just not show up on the day you were given. He gets very rude with me and tells me â well, I guess this is me informing you now that we won't be there today â . When I tell him that's unacceptable, he gets even more rude with me and then asks â what would you like me to do about it â . I said , well I think at this point I want my money back. Mind you, this is after about 7 minutes of conversation with ZERO apology about their mistake . He tells me "well that's not gonna happen". Proceeds to tell me that , in my contract I can't do that. I never signed a contract with them, because they aren't even organized enough to make sure they have the appropriate paperwork. Due to lack of time, and not wanting to fight to get 5k back, we have the closets installed anyway. The actual product is ok, it's a little higher quality than what you could purchase on your own. But it is certainly not 10k worth of closet organizing. And if there are gaps anywhere, just expect them to fill it with a massive amount of caulk and call it good. They also blocked an electric box we had in the closet. Very disappointed in how the actual business is run, how clients are treated, and fairly unimpressed with the actual install. Take your business elsewhere, or just do it yourself !

Overhead garage storage racks: This was the 2nd time I dealt with spacecraft. The first time went alright except that they did not show up for their appointments as promised. They did create stable, safe platforms. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try. This time I was buying two additional overhead garage storage racks. They did not have all the parts when they arrived which pushed back the time. Once they installed them, they were not stable at all and swung back and forth several inches due to the fact that they had not diagonally braced the hangers. 750lb rating swinging back and forth, yeah, real safe and secure according to the one of the installers, which, just happened to be the owner son. (Spacecrafters) They might as well have been hung on chains. Loading anything on them would have been dangerous. They offered to tack them to the walls, (unacceptable). I told them I wanted the same bracket system as my first ones which were stable. The owner son told me that he would not redo the project and insisted that the wobbly hanging rack was safe and well done. I demonstrated how the new racks swung, SWUNG! several inches and how the original racks were solidly mounted. The owners son would not take responsibility and told me that the original racks Moved too. He looked straight in the eye and said that..... At this point I knew I was dealing with an unethical person. Like father like son I guess. The other worker listened to me, called the office and then told me that they would redo the racks. They added a brace, not well done, and did not redo the entire rack like they promised. So far the process has taken over 6 hours..... In final, I will have to diagonally brace the supports myself since the installers cannot figure out this difficult piece of engineering. After reading some other negative reviews on this company I would advise anyone to stay far away from Space Crafters for any project.

If businesses could write reviews of their customers - this is my review of Mark Denton: Stay away!!!! In case you don't know - Unless ceiling racks are bolted into the wall - all ceiling racks sway...The longer they hang down from the ceiling the more they sway. Mark is FALSELY comparing ceiling racks that we installed that were only 18" from the ceiling as compared to the new racks that are closer to 30" from the ceiling and wanting them to be the same. We installed all 4 racks exactly the same way with all the same parts. Then, we went above and beyond (spent an extra 3hrs) to try to appease his ridiculous requests of the rack swaying. THE SOLUTION: We offered to screw the racks into the wall to eliminate any swaying and he wouldn't let us. My guys were very patient and courteous to Mr. Denton and they never offered any harsh words even though he was completely unreasonable. The personal attacks in his review have nothing to do with the job and of course nobody was being unethical. In Mark's review he contradicts himself many times such as: saying "They did create stable, safe platforms." So what did he do: "against my better judgment, I called them again?! Why would you be concerned about calling a business again if they did a good job the first time? Why would you give a business zero star review if they did a good job at least 1 out of 2 times in his mind? Why wouldn't you be somewhat fair and give a 2 or 3 star review? The truth is that we did a good job both times and therefore after reading his review I tried to call Mark to discuss why he wrote this review and he said, "unless you give me a discount I'm not going to talk to you" and then he hung up. Anyone can tell a story and exaggerate and spin the story to tell the narrative they want to convey. The fact that he hung up on me tells you that he knows his story is a big lie and is not willing to talk about what really happened that day. CUSTOMERS - Don't believe all the reviews you read out there! COMPANIES who happen to read this - stay away from Mark Denton!!!

Definitely would recommend them. Friendly, new what they were doing. They hung 2 ceiling hung storage units in a hour. Great job. A plus
