Shawn is great. He is an extremely hard worker, very passionate about his work and gives 100%. He does a lot of prep planning, he assesses the project and prepares for the work. He is very detailed, he will let you know what he is doing and very good about keeping you in the loop. He provides quality work, his commitment is great, he is knowledgeable and he is able to read and understand plans. He is just a great guy to have do your projects because he knows what he is doing and knows how to do several different tasks.
